Understanding Our Print Methods
We offer a variety of decoration methods to fit different styles, timelines, and project needs. We specialize in DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Each option has its own strengths, and we’re here to help guide you to the best fit for your apparel.
-
We use DTF printing. It allows for full-color, highly detailed designs to be applied to a wide range of fabrics. It’s a versatile option that works well for a variety of fabrics such as polyester, cotton, spandex, blends, linen, and more. Great for quick turnarounds and designs with multiple colors or gradients. Heck, we can even print your portrait on a shirt—our apparel printer is that detailed and that good.
DTF (Direct to Film) printing allows for full-color, highly detailed designs with no minimums, making it ideal for small orders and complex artwork. In short, DTF offers flexibility and detail, and is great for one-offs, multiple colors, color gradients, customization (like player name and number), and more.
DTF prints are applied via a high-end, automatic pressure and heat press which forces the ink into the top layers of the fabric creating a flexible and durable finish—making it one of our most popular options. We own an XTool Apparel printer and work with our clients to print their designs, graphics, and lettering right here, on the spot. We don’t outsource our prints to other manufacturers which decreases wait times and increases possibilities. There are no order minimums with our DTF printing process.

Sublimation is a premium, all-over printing process where ink is infused directly into the fabric. This allows for unlimited design possibilities—seam-to-seam graphics, patterns, names, and numbers—with no added texture or layering. The result is lightweight, breathable apparel with vibrant colors that won’t crack or fade, making it ideal for team uniforms and performance wear.
A minimum of 8 items are necessary for sublimated orders.
-
Embroidery uses stitched thread to create a dimensional, textured design. It’s a durable and elevated option commonly used for hats, polos, jackets, and professional apparel. Embroidery offers a clean, high-end look that holds up well over time and adds a level of polish to any piece.
-
Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is a decoration method where designs are cut from colored vinyl material and heat-pressed onto a garment. Each color is applied as a separate layer, making it best suited for simple designs, names, numbers, and small-batch customization. Unlike DTF which adheres and becomes embedded in the top layers of the fabric, vinyl sits on top of the fabric.
Because it involves cutting and layering, vinyl is not ideal for highly detailed artwork, large prints, or designs with multiple colors or gradients. It is commonly used for personalization and one-off items where durability and clean, bold graphics are preferred.
Vinyls are preferred for certain materials, and if your project is best suited for vinyl, we will work with you to make that happen or get you in contact with one of our trusted local partners.
-
Screen printing is a traditional garment decoration method that uses ink pushed through mesh screens to apply designs to fabric. Each color in the design requires its own screen and setup, making it most efficient for larger quantity orders with simple artwork and smaller color palettes. Because of the setup involved, it is generally less practical for small runs or highly detailed graphics (or those that involve gradients or a multitude of color tones).
While we do not offer in-house screen printing, if this is the best decoration method for your project, we can connect you with our trusted local partner so you get the best outcome for your needs!

We also offer custom headwear and specialty pieces to round out your brand or team look. Using our in-house hat press, we create high-quality hats with options like leatherette patches, printed designs, and custom finishes. Whether you’re going for a clean, professional look or something more bold and branded, we can help bring your vision to life across a variety of styles and materials.
